Card Tickr is a sports card portfolio tracking application that lets you catalog your cards, estimate market values based on recent public sales, and track the performance of your collection over time. By creating an account or using Card Tickr, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Prices shown in Card Tickr are estimates based on recent sales and are not appraisals, investment advice, or guarantees of future value. Sports card values fluctuate and can vary significantly depending on condition, grading, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information shown in the app.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for complying with all applicable laws when using Card Tickr. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
You agree not to use Card Tickr to (a) violate any law or regulation, (b) infringe the rights of any third party, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts, (d) interfere with or disrupt the service, or (e) misrepresent card data for fraudulent purposes.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the service poses a security or legal risk.
Card Tickr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any losses related to the purchase, sale, or valuation of sports cards.
Card Tickr is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSA, BGS, SGC, Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, or any other sports league, team, or card manufacturer. Player names, team names, brand names, and grading company names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
All Card Tickr trademarks, logos, and app content are the property of Card Tickr or its licensors.
Value estimates in Card Tickr are derived from publicly listed sold prices on third-party card marketplaces. We make no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of data sourced from third parties.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Card Tickr after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
